  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support implementation projects for Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically for US clients, including OTL and Absence modules.
  • Play a techno-functional or technical role with strong experience in Fast Formula development.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
  • Engage with global delivery models and operate effectively in client-facing roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
