Job Description

  • *Job Title* : ITSM Service Now Developer
  • *Location* : Remote
  • *ITSM Module (ITSM)* � Advanced to Expert 4-8 year experience
  • REQ/RITM/SCTASK workflow� Create ticket workflow from REQ to SCTASK with necessary approval tiles
  • Service Request Catalogue - Build a service request catalogue that serves multiple business units across Europe.
  • Service Portal - Build a service portal that allows the logging of incidents and services request as well as providing a service status page. All serving multiple business units across Europe.
  • IT Change Management - Expand existing change management module, that includes CAB workbench, to serve multiple business units and services across Europe
  • (Nice to Have) CSDM - Building of Services (Services, Technical Services, and Service Offerings) in line with CSDM 4, supporting a global organisation and underpinning the service mapping elements of CMDB
  • (Nice to Have) ServiceNow Foundation Data: Review of ServiceNow foundation data and its upstream sources (Workday, AAD, AD, Okta)
  • ITOM Module (ITOM/ITAM) � Nice to have
  • IT Asset Management - Build IT Asset Management workflows that support manual and automated (Discovery) creation of IT Assets (Hardware & Software)
  • CMDB - Knowledge and experience building a CMDB, utilising multiple discovery sources (Axonius, Intune, Avanti, Azure/AWS cloud).
  • Event Management - Experience implementing event management from multiple monitoring platforms to centralise event management, integrating with CMDB, Incident Management and Problem Management
