Job Description

  • Role: *Business System Analyst/ Data Analyst*
  • Openings: 1
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: Long Term
  • Experience: 5-10 yrs (see below for details)
  • Budget:140-160k(Based on experience)
  • Interview Process: 15 min HR screening, followed by a technical session with 1 or 2 clients
  • *Time Zone Overlap:10:00 AM -7:00 PM IST (4 hours) 7:30 PM � 4:30 IST AM - (Canada EST) (4 Hours*)
  • Dual employment = Client does not allow dual employment and such must be terminated as soon as possible if applies.

  • * There will be a BGV process for this requirement.
  • * English fluency (all teams work internationally, and English is the standard language).

  • Good experience in data modelling
  • Good exposure in data analysis or solution skills
  • Using data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization
  • Extract/Generate the data that stakeholder needs
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements
  • Provide support in automating and improving data process to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders ensuring complex data is understandable for non-technical audiences
  • Work on ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions
  • Ensuring Data integrity and consistency throughout all the extracts and analysis processes
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
