  • Job Description:
  • The Performance Tester will evaluate and improve the performance of software or systems under various load conditions. This includes designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to identify bottlenecks, ensure scalability, and recommend solutions for optimization.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests.
  • Develop and maintain performance test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Analyze test results and identify performance issues.
  • Create reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Use tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Selenium, and Dynatrace.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand application architecture and performance expectations.
  • Apply performance metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU/memory usage, error rates.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues.
  • Stay updated on performance testing methodologies and contribute to process improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor�s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on performance testing experience.
