  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoom Contact Center Implementation Specialist to lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Zoom Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoom's CCaaS platform, including configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and user training. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer service workflows and technologies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoom Contact Center solutions, including system configuration, call flow design, and IVR setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Customer Support, Operations) to define business requirements and implement solutions.
  • Integrate Zoom Contact Center with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and third-party applications as needed.
  • Manage testing, troubleshooting, and validation of features and integrations prior to go-live.
