  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in configuration, customization, and automation within Salesforce, especially focused on Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management:
  • Design and optimize lead qualification processes
  • Automate lead scoring and handoff between marketing and sales
  • Opportunity Management:
  • Configure opportunity stages aligned with the sales process
  • Create reports/dashboards for pipeline tracking
  • Automation:
  • Implement automation using Workflows, Process Builders, and Flows
  • Set up renewal and expiry reminders for the CSM team
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Integrate Mailchimp with Salesforce
  • Design, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns
  • Quote System Setup:
  • Configure Salesforce to support and manage a quote generation process
  • Train users on quote handling and integration
  • Training and Support:
  • Train end-users on best practices and new features
  • Provide ongoing support and documentation
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant
  • Valid Sales Cloud Certification (Mandatory)
  • Strong command over Salesforce CRM and automation tools
  • Experience with Mailchimp integration
  • Hands-on experience in quote system setup
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
