  • We are seeking an experienced ITOM Architect with expertise in ServiceNow to design and implement IT operations management solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, IT operations management, and ServiceNow platform.
  • Requirements
  • 1. ServiceNow Experience: 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM.
  • 2. ITOM Expertise: Expertise in IT operations management, including service mapping, event management, and performance analytics.
  • 3. ITSM Expertise: Expertise in IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • 4. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integration, and customization.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Design and Implement ITOM Solutions: Design and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow, including service mapping, event management, and performance analytics.
  • 2. ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Provide expertise on ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • 3. IT Service Management: Implement IT service management best practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • 4. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design ITOM solutions.
  • 5. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development teams.
  • Nice to Have
  • 1. ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • 2. ITIL Certifications: ITIL certifications, such as ITIL Foundation or ITIL Practitioner.
  • 3. Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based ITOM solutions, including ServiceNow Cloud.
  • 4. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
