  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) development and customization.
  • Customizing Entities, Forms, Views, Dashboards, and Business Rules.
  • Implementing BPFs, security roles, and access control in Dynamics 365.
  • Writing C#, .NET plugins, JavaScript, and TypeScript for CRM extensions.
  • Understanding Tables, Relationships, and Data Models in Dataverse.
  • Working with Dataverse Web API & FetchXML for querying and integrating data.

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions based on business requirements.
  • Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Develop and configure Business Process Flows (BPF), workflows, and Power Automate flows to enhance business automation.
  • Implement security roles, field-level security, and access control in Dynamics 365.
  • Write custom plugins and workflows using C#, .NET for extending CRM functionality.
  • Develop front-end enhancements using JavaScript & TypeScript.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Dataverse Web API, FetchXML, and Azure Functions.
  • Design tables, relationships, and data models in Dataverse to ensure efficient data management.
  • Query data using FetchXML and Dataverse Web API for reporting and analytics.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, development processes, and best practices for ongoing maintenance and support.
