- Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Incentive Management (IM) Consultant to join our team for a long-term remote project in the Telecommunication sector. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP IM (formerly CallidusCloud) and experience in designing, implementing, and supporting incentive compensation solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Incentive Management (IM) solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand incentive compensation requirements.
- Customize SAP IM components to align with business goals, especially in telecom commission and incentive structures.
- Integrate SAP IM with SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ongoing incentive processes and calculations.
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation for enhancements and change requests.
- Provide user training and support during UAT and go-live phases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Must-Have Skills:
- 8�10 years of total SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP Incentive Management (IM).
- Hands-on experience with SAP CallidusCloud (preferred).
- Proven expertise in configuring and managing commission plans, quota management, territory management, and payout processing.
- Deep understanding of the Telecom domain�s compensation structures.
- Experience with data integration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- SAP Certification in SAP IM or SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM).
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Prior experience in international telecom clients or B2B telecom models.

- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Duration: 12+ months (Extendable based on performance)
