  • Job Title: Senior WordPress Developer
  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a WordPress Developer with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of WordPress websites, from front-end design and user interface to back-end functionality and performance optimization. You will work closely with technical leads, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, custom WordPress websites and solutions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • • End-to-End WordPress Development: Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites from start to finish, including front-end and back-end development.
  • • Front-End Development: Expertly craft pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress themes.
  • • Back-End Development: Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs, ensuring efficient performance and seamless integration.
  • • Plugin and Theme Customization: Work with pre-built plugins and themes or build custom ones, ensuring they are optimized and secure.
  • • Database Management: Design, implement, and manage MySQL databases, ensuring smooth interactions between WordPress and databases.
  • • API Integrations: Integrate third-party APIs and other services to enhance website functionality and performance.
  • • Performance Optimization: Ensure the website is optimized for speed, security, and scalability.
  • • Testing & Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and errors across all devices and platforms.
  • • SEO and Accessibility: Implement SEO best practices and ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.
  • • Client Communication: Work directly with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
  • • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • • 5+ years of professional experience in Custom WordPress development
  • • Having Multisite setup knowledge is a Plus point
  • • Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • • Deep understanding of the WordPress platform, themes, and plugins like ACF, WP-ALL-Import, WP Migration
  • • Have knowledge in Content Migration from WordPress to WordPress
  • • Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
  • • Strong proficiency with WordPress security best practices and performance optimization.
  • • Solid experience in integrating third-party APIs and working with RESTful services.
  • • Excellent understanding of version control (Git/GitHub).
  • • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Knowledge in Deploying WordPress Applications in Azure Cloud is a huge plus
