  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technofunctional Team Lead with expertise in BOM, Purchasing (PO), and Order Management (OM) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional and technical skills, and be capable of leading solution discussions, coordinating with global teams, and managing project deliverables across the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and functional architecture discussions.
  • Interact with clients and business stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Liaise and coordinate with offshore teams for development and testing activities.
  • Participate in and manage milestone testing phases like SIT and UAT.
  • Provide production support and manage cutover and go-live activities.
  • Identify project dependencies and risks with proactive mitigation planning.
  • Ensure alignment with SDLC processes and documentation standards.
  • Provide training and testing support to business users.
  • Collaborate on interface design, conversions, and data migration activities.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Modules:
  • Inventory, BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP
  • Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience in handling interface issues and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Hands-on experience with Star item processing
  • Functional Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Item, BOM, Routing, Costing, and Order Management areas
  • Experience in business process mapping and fit-gap analysis
  • Strong documentation and solution design capabilities
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation life cycle: Requirement Gathering ? Design ? Testing ? Go-Live ? Support
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently lead client and business discussions
  • Capability to mentor junior team members and manage deliverables effectively
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice
  • Willing to work from Hyderabad in a hybrid model
