- We are looking for a highly skilled GCCAI / Dialogflow Architect to lead the design and development of next-generation conversational AI solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing Google Cloud-based contact center solutions that improve customer engagement using Dialogflow CX/ES, Contact Center AI, and related GCP services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end contact center AI solutions using Google Dialog Flow (CX/ES), GCCAI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient AI-driven voice and chat solutions.
- Integrate GCCAI/Dialog Flow with telephony systems (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Twilio) and CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
- Develop and manage NLP models, intents, entities, fulfillment logic, and webhooks.
- Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Lead PoCs, demos, and client presentations on GCCAI capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Dialogflow CX & ES.
- Expertise in Google Contact Center AI (GCCAI) architecture.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery).
- Good knowledge of speech-to-text, text-to-speech, natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with webhook and backend integrations using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of telephony platforms and SIP/IVR systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
