  • We are looking for a highly skilled GCCAI / Dialogflow Architect to lead the design and development of next-generation conversational AI solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing Google Cloud-based contact center solutions that improve customer engagement using Dialogflow CX/ES, Contact Center AI, and related GCP services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design end-to-end contact center AI solutions using Google Dialog Flow (CX/ES), GCCAI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient AI-driven voice and chat solutions.
  • Integrate GCCAI/Dialog Flow with telephony systems (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Twilio) and CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
  • Develop and manage NLP models, intents, entities, fulfillment logic, and webhooks.
  • Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Lead PoCs, demos, and client presentations on GCCAI capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with Dialogflow CX & ES.
  • Expertise in Google Contact Center AI (GCCAI) architecture.
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery).
  • Good knowledge of speech-to-text, text-to-speech, natural language processing (NLP).
  • Experience with webhook and backend integrations using Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Understanding of telephony platforms and SIP/IVR systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
