  • Key Responsibilities Lead development of cross-platform mobile apps using React Native. Translate product stories into clear technical tasks and subtasks. Assign work to team members and provide technical oversight. Work with Product, Design, and QA to deliver features smoothly. Drive architecture discussions, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. Must-Have Skills Strong experience building and maintaining apps using React Native. Ability to lead a small engineering team and manage technical delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong in breaking down stories, planning sprints, and managing scope. Good to Have Exposure to backend development using Java (Spring Boot). Familiarity with Oracle DB � querying, schema design, optimization. Experience working in large-scale consumer-facing�products.
