  • * 7+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the Insurance industry, with a significant focus on pre-sales activities.
  • * Proven experience with configuring Salesforce FSC components such as Action Plans, Interaction Summaries, and Relationship Groups, specifically tailored to insurance workflows.
  • * Salesforce FSC Configuration: Deep understanding of FSC data models and features (e.g., Action Plans, Relationship Groups, Interaction Summaries).
  • * Proficiency in using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects to build solutions without code.
  • * Ability to customize and extend standard FSC objects to align with insurance-specific entities like policies, claims, and agents.
  • * Familiarity with APIs and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) to connect Salesforce with core insurance systems.
  • * Expertise in building real-time analytics and dashboards for insurance KPIs (e.g., policy volume, claims cycle time).
  • * Familiarity with APIs and middleware platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica to integrate Salesforce with insurance core systems.
  • * Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification is preferred.
  • Scope of work -
  • * Lead discovery sessions with insurance business stakeholders to understand their key challenges, processes, and objectives across underwriting, claims, servicing, and other relevant areas.
  • * Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce FSC solutions.
  • * Design and configure Salesforce FSC solutions leveraging declarative tools, specifically tailored to address the unique needs of insurance processes.
  • * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including technical architects and sales teams) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.
  • * Support testing efforts, user training, and drive user adoption, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
  • * Provide on-demand consulting and solution recommendations to prospective clients based on insurance industry best practices and your deep knowledge of Salesforce FSC capabilities.
