- The Gainsight Developer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Gainsight platform to support clients' customer success objectives. This role involves gathering requirements, customizing features like Health Scores, Playbooks, and Journey Orchestrator, and ensuring seamless integration with CRMs such as Salesforce. The consultant will optimize platform performance, create insightful dashboards and reports, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- They will collaborate with customer success teams and technical stakeholders, provide training and ongoing support, and apply industry best practices to enhance customer engagement, reduce churn, and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in customer success or SaaS environments and at least 2 years of hands-on Gainsight experience. Strong analytical skills, CRM knowledge, and excellent communication are essential; familiarity with SQL and APIs is a plus.
