- As part of the CX Operations team, the Gainsight Administrator will collaborate with business leaders and project teams to enhance customer onboarding and experience by tracking key performance metrics and leveraging data across systems. This role involves configuring, deploying, and managing the Gainsight platform, including system integrations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- The administrator will gather and translate business requirements, design business rules to trigger customer success actions, and maintain documentation of customer processes. Responsibilities include day-to-day Gainsight user support, monitoring system performance and data integrity, and continuously improving the platform by adopting new features and best practices. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in customer success, operations, or related fields, with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with CRM systems, Gainsight (preferably with admin certification), and cross-functional collaboration is essential. A proactive mindset and ability to engage with senior stakeholders are key to success in this role.
