As a CRE, you will be the bridge between our engineering teams and customers, ensuring the reliability, performance, and satisfaction of our systems and products. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues, enabling a seamless customer experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1.Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
  • ○Act as a technical point of contact for customer-reported issues.
  • ○Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • ○Communicate updates effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • 2.Reliability Engineering:
  • ○Identify recurring issues and collaborate with engineering teams to implement fixes.
  • ○Design and suggest reliability improvements to systems and processes.
  • ○Monitor system health, performance, and usage patterns to prevent outages.
  • 3.Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
  • ○Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure customer needs are incorporated into designs.
  • ○Work with site reliability engineering (SRE) teams to improve incident response protocols.
  • 4.Customer Advocacy:
  • ○Provide feedback to internal teams on areas for product improvement.
  • ○Develop and share best practices for system usage with customers.
  • 5.Documentation and Training:
  • ○Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • ○Train customers and internal teams on system reliability best practices.
