- Year of Experience : 4+yrs
- Contract Duration : 3 month Approx
- Location : Remote/Noida

- Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, train, and deploy ML/DL models for real-world applications.
- Fine-tune and train Large Language Models (LLMs) using curated and preprocessed datasets.
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, transforming, and augmenting training data.
- Develop and optimize distributed training workflows for efficient model training.
- Integrate AI models into production systems and continuously monitor performance.
- Design feedback loops, including human-in-the-loop and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Ensure the quality, diversity, and structure of training corpora.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to implement robust AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and tools in AI/ML and GenAI.
