  • Job Overview:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React JS and exceptional communication skills. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing both development tasks and conducting a high volume of technical interviews per day. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive talent acquisition goals while contributing hands-on to project deliverables.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 8�10 technical interviews daily to support hiring efforts
  • Work closely with hiring managers and technical leads to align on interview criteria and hiring goals
  • Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, Microservices, and React JS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior team members and interview candidates
  • Ensure coding standards, security, and performance metrics are met
  • Engage in active communication with internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8�10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, SQL, Microservices
  • Hands-on experience with React JS for front-end development
  • Proven track record of conducting technical interviews, preferably in high volumes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Prior experience in talent evaluation and recruitment collaboration is a plus
