  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a skilled Camunda Modeler and Java Developer with strong experience in business process modeling and backend development. Prior experience in the telecom domain will be a significant advantage. The role involves designing BPMN workflows using Camunda Modeler and developing backend services to support automated business processes.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, model, and implement business processes using Camunda BPMN 2.0.
  • Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices that integrate with Camunda workflows.
  • Collaborate with telecom business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them into executable processes.
  • Optimize and refactor existing workflows for scalability and performance.
  • Integrate with external systems via REST, SOAP, or messaging queues (Kafka, JMS).
  • Support production deployments and troubleshoot workflow or service-level issues.
  • Ensure process governance, compliance, and documentation.
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps, and solution architects to ensure end-to-end process quality.
  • Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM, Camunda Modeler, and Workflow Engines.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
  • Good understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred (Plus) Skills:
  • Experience in the Telecom domain (e.g., OSS/BSS, order management, provisioning workflows).
  • Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Familiarity with Camunda 8 (Zeebe-based).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
