  • We are looking for an experienced IFS ERP Solution Consultant to join our global delivery team. This role focuses on working directly with clients to understand their business needs, define and validate ERP solutions using the IFS platform, and act as the key bridge between the business users and the technical development team. You will play a critical role in ERP implementation projects, from requirement analysis and solution design to configuration support and user acceptance. ? Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements across functional domains (eg, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Projects). ? Translate business needs into functional specifications and IFS? based solutions. ? Propose best? fit configurations or customizations using IFS standard capabilities. ? Conduct workshops, demos, and walkthroughs with business stakeholders to validate and finalize solutions. ? Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions are correctly designed and implemented. ? Act as a functional lead or subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, training, and go? live support. ? Provide expert advice and recommendations on IFS best practices and implementation strategies. ? Assist in change management and help customers align business processes with IFS capabilities. ? Participate in proposal writing, solution presentations, and project estimation when required.

  • ? Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, including at least 3 years with IFS Applications (any version). ? Solid understanding of IFS functional modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, ? Projects, Supply Chain, Maintenance or Field Service. ? Proven experience in business analysis, solution design, and client consulting within ERP contexts. ? Strong communication and presentation skills � ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders. ? Ability to produce clear and structured documentation (eg, requirement specs, solution outlines, process flows). ? Experience in working in multi? country or global implementation projects is a strong plus. ? Familiarity with Agile or waterfall project methodologies. ? Ability to work independently and in a team, under minimal supervision. ? Fluent English (verbal and written). ? Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
