Job Description
- Role: Workday HCM developer
- Experience: 6+ yrs

- Roles & Responsibilities:
- * Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.
- * Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.
- Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.
- * Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support.
- * Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data.
- * Keep abreast of new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
- * Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all Workday development activities.
- * Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Must-Have Skills:
- * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- * Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Workday, with a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).
- * Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.
- * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- * Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.
- * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
