Job Description

  • Role: Workday HCM developer

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • * Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.
  • * Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.
  • Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.
  • * Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support.
  • * Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data.
  • * Keep abreast of new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • * Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all Workday development activities.
  • * Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • * Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Workday, with a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).
  • * Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.
  • * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • * Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.
  • * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
