- Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Must-Have ? Hands-on experience in monitoring tools, observability dashboards � AppDynamics.
- ? Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and optimization using Azure DevOps.
- ? Ability to integrate monitoring/logging tools i.e. AppDynamics into pipeline stages, logging ingestion.
- ? Understanding of automated testing workflows.
- ? Hands-on experience in incident and change management via ServiceNow.
- ? Capability to build self-healing automation or recovery scripts for recurring issues.
- ? Competence in analyzing telemetry/logs for behavior and pattern detection.
- ? Experience with post release optimization.
- Good-to-Have ? Familiarity with Splunk.
- ? Experience with Postman and Swagger for testing APIs.
- ? Basic understanding of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
- ? Light scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- ? Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-104 or similar).
- ? Experience in the travel or cruise domain.

- 1 Integrate observability tools, AppDynamics and maintain dashboards.
- 2 Manage CI/CD pipelines for .NET apps, including test and monitoring integrations.
- 3 Create and maintain dashboards to track build stability and performance.
- 4 Implement test automation in CI/CD pipeline.
- 5 Analyze logs for patterns and contribute to proactive issue detection.
- 6 Automate test validations, pre-deployment checks, and post-deploy verifications.
- 7 Enable automated proactive restarts.
- 8 Tune alert rules and integrate monitoring for early issue detection.
