  • Role Overview: The Marketing Cloud Specialist will be required to implement our marketing operations, in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams; to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and integration of Marketing Cloud; and optimize its use for campaign execution, customer journeys, and analytics.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation and migration of marketing assets, automation, and prospect lists to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and customize Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Design and implement customer journeys and automation workflows.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Marketing Cloud campaigns and journeys.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud.
  • Stay updated on Marketing Cloud best practices and emerging trends.
  • Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and migration.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio).
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • ​
  • Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
