- Job Summary
- Provide advanced technical support, handle complex incidents, and ensure smooth operations of IT infrastructure in a managed services setup.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues involving servers, storage, and networking.
- Provide L3 support and root cause analysis for escalated incidents.
- Administer enterprise virtualization platforms and perform capacity planning.
- Configure and manage cloud services with security best practices.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and patch management solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support.
- Guide L2 engineers on technical issues.
- Required Skills
- Advanced Windows/Linux server administration
- Network troubleshooting (firewalls, routing, switching)
- Cloud administration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Backup/DR tools: Veeam, Commvault, Veritas
- Automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong ITIL process knowledge
