  • Job Summary
  • Provide advanced technical support, handle complex incidents, and ensure smooth operations of IT infrastructure in a managed services setup.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues involving servers, storage, and networking.
  • Provide L3 support and root cause analysis for escalated incidents.
  • Administer enterprise virtualization platforms and perform capacity planning.
  • Configure and manage cloud services with security best practices.
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and patch management solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support.
  • Guide L2 engineers on technical issues.
  • Required Skills
  • Advanced Windows/Linux server administration
  • Network troubleshooting (firewalls, routing, switching)
  • Cloud administration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Backup/DR tools: Veeam, Commvault, Veritas
  • Automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Strong ITIL process knowledge
