Job Description

  • Java Kafka - L3 support 5+ Years
  • Budget- 80K
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3 support for Java-based applications and Kafka message streaming systems.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and operations.
  • Maintain and enhance support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in incident management, including escalation and communication with stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools for proactive issue detection.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and change management processes.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application support or software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and understanding of Kafka architecture and message flows.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment (on-call rotation may be required).
  • Hybrid (3 days a week) Bangalore
