- Java Kafka - L3 support 5+ Years

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Java-based applications and Kafka message streaming systems.
- Monitor application performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and operations.
- Maintain and enhance support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in incident management, including escalation and communication with stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools for proactive issue detection.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and change management processes.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application support or software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and understanding of Kafka architecture and message flows.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment (on-call rotation may be required).
- Hybrid (3 days a week) Bangalore
