Job Description

  • Senior Consultant Microsoft 365
  • * Experience: 6+ years
  • * Location: Remote
  • * Shift: 9 AM- 6 PM IST
  • Responsibilities
  • * Administering and supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Intune.
  • * Managing user identities, roles, licenses, and group memberships using the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  • * Monitoring and maintaining system performance, availability, and security.
  • * Implementing and managing security and compliance policies (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.).
  • * Providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
  • * Working closely with security and compliance teams to manage data governance and auditing.
  • * Coordinating with Microsoft support for issue resolution.
  • * Assisting with migrations, integrations, and upgrades related to M365.
  • * Staying updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and roadmap.
  • * Managing the on-premises AD environment (ADDC, RODC, SMTP, KMS, RDS, and Certificate servers).
  • * Leading, mentoring, and driving the team towards company objectives, with the ability to work under diverse customers and in an enterprise-level environment.
  • The ideal candidate should possess:
  • * A bachelor�s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • * 6+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or in a similar role.
  • * Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • * Skilled in using PowerShell to manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, and automation of workflows; knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • The preferred certifications are:
  • * Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals � SC-900
  • * Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate � MS-700
  • * Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert � MS-102
  • * Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate � MD-102
  • * Implement Information Protection in Microsoft 365 � SC-400
