Job Description

  • *Position - Python Developer*

  • Design and build Python-based services and APIs to power Loopio�s platform.
  • Develop and integrate AI features, including RAG pipelines, vector search, and
  • LLM applications.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers to bring
  • prototypes to production.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability.�
  • Optimize backend performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve developer
  • workflows.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, providing input on architecture and
  • implementation choices.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with other engineers to create a strong technical
  • culture.
  • Requirements
  • 4�7 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Python and backend development.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL,
  • or similar).
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, ideally with experience in embeddings, vector stores,
  • or LLMs.
  • Good to have: practical experience with RAG pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred), Elasticsearch, or scalable data
  • systems.
  • Bonus: frontend experience with React/TypeScript.�
  • Strong problem-solving ability, autonomy, and comfort working in a remote-first
  • environment.
  • Clear communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams.�

Required Skills
