  • We are looking for a Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience with good experience in the **Pharma domain.**
  • **Responsibilities:**
  • ? Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights and support
  • data-driven decision-making.
  • ? Design and execute data analysis frameworks to support drug lifecycle management, market access
  • strategies, and real-world evidence generation.
  • ? Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers to translate analytical
  • findings into actionable strategies.
  • ? Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure integrity and validation of datasets.
  • ? Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based libraries (e.g.,
  • Plotly, Seaborn).
  • ? Apply predictive modeling and NLP techniques to derive insights from unstructured sources
  • **Requirements:**
  • ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science
  • ? Experience with EDA, Data Cleansing, Data Lakes etc, synthetic data generation, training and fine-tuning of
  • models
  • ? Hands-on work with tools such as Python, Pandas, Pytorch, SQL, Databricks and platforms like AWS, Azure,
  • or GCP.
  • ? Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and pharma domain.
  • ? Experience with ETL workflows, and analytics delivery in a controlled environment.
