  • Job Description: Data & Insights Specialist (Staff Augmentation Role)
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Insights Specialist to join our team in a staff augmentation capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data transformation, analytics strategy, and client engagement. This role requires a mix of technical hands-on skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable measurement frameworks.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting, data visualization, and BI models.
  • Perform advanced data transformation and analysis using SQL, BigQuery, Firebase, Python (Pandas), ETL/ELT tools, and Power Query (M language).
  • Implement privacy-conscious analytics practices, including server-side tagging, OneTrust, and consent management, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Design and implement analytics measurement models aligned with client business strategies and KPIs.
  • Define and manage event-driven analytics frameworks, including tagging structures and data layers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug data pipelines to maintain integrity, quality, and reliability.
  • Act as a client-facing advisor, facilitating discussions with stakeholders to define measurement goals, translate them into technical requirements, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong, hands-on Power BI development expertise (dashboards, reports, troubleshooting).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, Firebase, Python/Pandas, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Query (M language).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and privacy-first analytics practices.
  • Experience with server-side tagging, consent management tools (OneTrust), and data compliance strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing measurement models tied to business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven analytics, including tagging structure and data layer implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for data workflows and pipelines.
  • Outstanding communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead strategy discussions and influence decision-making.

  • Must have experience in tag management and/or healthcare privacy frameworks?
