  • We are looking for an experienced HRMS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HRMS and E-Business Suite. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advance Benefits).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS technical architecture, modules, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in implementation projects.
  • Expertise in SOA, Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) Web Services � delivered synchronous/asynchronous bulk data consumption, JSON/XML file generation for integration.
  • Strong skills in RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, UTL File, APIs.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Advanced PL/SQL), OAF, and Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Experience in performance tuning (SQL Trace, Explain Plan).
  • Hands-on with system administration tasks (concurrent program registration, user/responsibility creation, forms, functions, menus, value sets, flexfields).
  • Strong knowledge of interfaces & integration with third-party systems and connectivity protocols.
  • Skilled in data migration ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Ability t identify configurational data, navigation paths, backend tables, and data relationships.
  • Deep understanding of integration methodologies & methods.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and drive process improvements.
  • Experience in unit testing & integration testing within Oracle applications.
  • Strong business process / requirement analysis & re-engineering expertise.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work across functional and technical teams.
