Job Description

  • HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant (Contract)
  • Role: HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant (70% Functional � 30% Technical)
  • Contract Duration: 6�12 Months
  • Location: Remote
  • Experience Required:
  • 10+ years in Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, Performance Mgmt, Talent Mgmt, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Mgmt, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
  • At least 4�5 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS technical architecture & modules (HRMS, Financials, SCM, Workflows).
  • Key Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, functional setups, configuration.
  • Writing functional secs, test cases, handling business processes.
  • Payroll costing, accounting, payroll processing.
  • RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, UTL File, OAF, Unix scripting.
  • Performance tuning (SQL Trace, Explain Plan).
  • System admin tasks (users, responsibilities, forms, menus, value sets, flex fields).
  • Data migration, UATs, cutover plans.
  • Integration with 3rd party systems, SOA, Web Services.
  • Unit & integration testing with Oracle applications.
