Job Description
- HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant (Contract)
- Role: HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant (70% Functional � 30% Technical)
- Contract Duration: 6�12 Months
- Location: Remote
- Experience Required:
- 10+ years in Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, Performance Mgmt, Talent Mgmt, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Mgmt, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
- At least 4�5 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS technical architecture & modules (HRMS, Financials, SCM, Workflows).
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, functional setups, configuration.
- Writing functional secs, test cases, handling business processes.
- Payroll costing, accounting, payroll processing.
- RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, UTL File, OAF, Unix scripting.
- Performance tuning (SQL Trace, Explain Plan).
- System admin tasks (users, responsibilities, forms, menus, value sets, flex fields).
- Data migration, UATs, cutover plans.
- Integration with 3rd party systems, SOA, Web Services.
- Unit & integration testing with Oracle applications.
