- NLP & LLM Specialist
- Location: Remote
- Overview: We are seeking an experienced NLP & LLM Specialist with expertise in transformer-based models (GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa, etc.). The role involves fine-tuning pre-trained models, prompt engineering, and deploying NLP solutions for tasks such as text generation, summarization, classification, question answering, and translation. Key Responsibilities: Fine-tune and optimize transformer models for domain-specific NLP tasks. Design and iterate prompts, including instruction-based and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting. Apply zero-shot, few-shot, and many-shot learning techniques. Evaluate models using BLEU, ROUGE, and other metrics. Deploy NLP models into production and ensure reliability. Mitigate bias, hallucinations, and ensure high-quality outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable NLP solutions. Requirements: 7+ years overall experience, with 2+ years in transformer-based NLP/LLMs. Strong expertise in GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa, and related architectures. Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, SpaCy, NLTK). Hands-on experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment. Strong understanding of attention mechanisms, tokenization, embeddings, and evaluation metrics
