  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) professional to design, develop, and implement FSL solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform expertise, hands-on FSL experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and optimized field service solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and extend FSL features: service territories, work orders, service appointments, scheduling policies, optimization, and mobile app.
  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages as needed.
  • Integrate FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or AppExchange solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional and technical designs, and deliver solutions.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 3�6 years of experience with Salesforce platform development and configuration.
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Strong knowledge of FSL concepts:
  • Service Territories, Resources, Skills
  • Work Orders, Service Appointments
  • Scheduling & Optimization Engine
  • Dispatcher Console
  • FSL Mobile App
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and integration techniques.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (a plus).
  • Understanding of data migration, security, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator Certification.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior experience in remote implementations and global teams.
