What You Will Do

• Build, test, and optimize high-performance Python systems for large AI and data pipelines.
• Design clean, modular, and production-ready Python codebases.
• Collaborate with data engineers, infra teams, and AI researchers.
• Write efficient, testable, and scalable code with strong focus on algorithms & data structures.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning and modern Python development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of strong professional Python development experience.
• Expert proficiency with Python & core libraries (Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI).
• Strong performance record on platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, Kaggle.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and engineering problem-solving.
• Experience with clean architecture, system design & performance optimization.
• Working-level knowledge of ML/DS concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, or CI/CD automation.
• Open-source contributions or experience building developer tools.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, research-driven engineering environments.
