Senior Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ Developer

Who You Are

  • A seasoned Salesforce expert with 8+ years in the ecosystem and 5+ years specializing in CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of the Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle—quoting, pricing, ordering, billing, renewals.
  • Strong ability to convert complex Excel-based pricing sheets into scalable Salesforce CPQ configurations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, product catalog design, and pricing structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud/RCA (Preferred).
  • Good exposure to OmniStudio (nice to have).
  • Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition and its impact on quoting and contracting.
  • Excellent communicator and strong bridge between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience across industries (High Tech, Manufacturing) designing scalable, client-specific quote-to-cash solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on scalability, performance, and compliance.
  • Passionate about new Salesforce releases—usage-based billing, flexible billing schedules, etc.
  • A mentor who guides teams and enforces Salesforce architecture best practices.
  • Preferred Certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Application Architect.

What You'll Do

  • Lead client discovery workshops to gather requirements and define transformation goals.
  • Design and document end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud architectures.
  • Translate complex pricing logic and sheets into automated CPQ configurations.
  • Define and optimize data models, integrations, and automation across quote-to-cash processes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client teams for smooth delivery.
  • Own the entire project lifecycle—design → build → deploy → post-go-live.
  • Ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Drive continuous improvements for client implementations and internal frameworks.
  • Mentor teams on Revenue Cloud architecture, governance, and implementation strategy.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and apply them for client value enhancement.
  • Provide clear progress updates and insights at every stage of delivery.
