Workday Technical Specialist (Part-Time)

• Location: Remote – Bangalore / Chennai / Noida
• Work Mode: Part-Time
• Shift Requirement: Must work PST hours (till at least 2:00 AM IST)
• Note: Do NOT share profiles from JNTU, Nagarjun, Andhra University, Kakatiya, Osmania, Venkateswara University

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of Workday integrations including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and manage advanced integrations using Workday Studio.
• Implement authentication frameworks and integrate with third-party systems using EIB.
• Develop advanced, matrix, and complex Workday reports based on business requirements.
• Support headcount management and staffing processes aligned with organizational priorities.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio integrations.
• Advanced experience with Workday Reporting (advanced, matrix, composite reports).
• Proficiency in EIB for external integrations and data exchanges.
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Workday security, authentication mechanisms, and data protocols.
• Good knowledge of Workday Core HCM and staffing functions.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
