Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
• Lead requirement workshops with senior-level stakeholders to define business and technical needs.
• Translate complex business models into robust and scalable system architectures.
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery ensuring compliance, performance standards, and security best practices.
• Provide architectural governance and enforce best practices across multiple implementation teams.
• Mentor consultants and developers, promoting best-in-class technical delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment.
• Monitor Salesforce releases, roadmap, and industry trends to propose strategic enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of subscription-based business models, billing operations, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certification is mandatory.
• Application Architect or CTA certifications preferred.
• Strong experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementation programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
