  • Role Overview
  • We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to develop and oversee testing strategies for ServiceNow-based solutions and custom applications. In this role, you will work closely with development teams, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure system functionality, security, and efficiency. You will be responsible for functional, non-functional, and integration testing, ensuring the platform meets operational and business objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing approach for ServiceNow applications, covering functional, performance, regression, and automation testing.
  • Create and execute both manual and automated test cases to validate system stability and compliance with business requirements.
  • Utilize testing frameworks such as ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Selenium, or similar tools to optimize test coverage.
  • Collaboration & Compliance
  • Partner with ServiceNow architects, developers, and analysts to validate requirements and solution designs.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance standards in alignment with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate smooth approvals.
  • Non-Functional & Integration Testing
  • Conduct security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
  • Validate authentication workflows, role-based access, and data protection measures.
  • Perform integration testing for ServiceNow and external applications via APIs, MID Servers, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Test REST/SOAP integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Automation & Continuous Testing
  • Enhance automation processes and integrate testing within DevOps pipelines.
  • Manage defect tracking, analyze root causes, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Generate quality reports, track testing KPIs, and assess defect trends.

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in ServiceNow testing.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a must.
  • Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing, performance testing, and security validation.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, ATF) are a plus.
