Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce Developer with 2+ years of handson experience to support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on gaining practical experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative automation, and modern Salesforce features while working under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Assist in building and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Integration Support: Help implement integrations between Salesforce and thirdparty systems (ERP, AWS, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Collaborate with senior developers on middlewarebased integration tasks.
• Declarative Development: Assist in building automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Follow a “clicksbeforecode” approach for simple to moderate business requirements.
• Modern Salesforce Exposure: Gain handson experience with Einstein AI features, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce innovations under mentorship.
• Support data harmonization, reporting, and simple AIdriven workflows.
• Release & Deployment: Assist in deployment and release processes using tools like Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, or Gearset.
• Participate in testing and documentation.
• Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with senior developers and technical leads.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
• Continuously build Salesforce expertise through real project experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of handson Salesforce development experience.
• Exposure to Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Certifications:
  • Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1).
  • Preferred: Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., PD2, JavaScript Developer I).
• Soft Skills: Good problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Clear communication skills to interact with stakeholders and senior developers.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, AIdriven workflows, and Agentforce under mentorship.
• Basic understanding of industryspecific clouds such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud is a plus.
• Willingness to explore Salesforce automation and AI tools as part of skill development.
