Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of handson experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a balance of advanced programmatic development (Apex, LWC) and a deep understanding of Salesforce’s evolving AI and data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design and build scalable solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch, asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet complex business requirements.
• Integration: Lead the endtoend integration of Salesforce with thirdparty systems (ERP, AWS, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Declarative Excellence: Architect sophisticated automation using Salesforce Flow and Flow Orchestrator, ensuring a "clicksbeforecode" approach where efficient.
• Modern AI Implementation: Leverage platform innovations, including Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, and Data Cloud for unified data harmonization and AIdriven personalization.
• Release Management: Manage the full ALM process using CI/CD tools such as Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, Copado, or Gearset.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure all development adheres to Salesforce security standards and governor limits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of core Salesforce development experience.
• Core Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Apex & LWC proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling.
  • Handson experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Certifications:
  • Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1).
  • Preferred: Platform Developer II (PD2), JavaScript Developer I, or Data Cloud Consultant.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to translate technical specifications into business solutions for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud identity resolution and segment activation.
• Knowledge of Agentforce for building autonomous AI agents.
• Familiarity with industryspecific clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud).
