Overview

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be the primary architect and technical decisionmaker for our Salesforce ecosystem. You will oversee largescale implementations, ensuring that the architecture is scalable, secure, and integrated with the latest AI and Data Cloud innovations. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and highlevel technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Define the endtoend technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and longterm scalability.
  • AI & Data Strategy: Lead the deployment of Agentforce (AI Agents) and Salesforce Data Cloud to drive predictive analytics and automated customer journeys.
  • Advanced Development: Provide expertlevel guidance on Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Functions, stepping in to solve the most complex coding and integration challenges.
  • System Integration: Design robust integration patterns between Salesforce and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) using MuleSoft, Pub/Sub API, or Event Relay.
  • Governance & DevOps: Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and a highperforming CI/CD pipeline (SFDX, GitHub Actions, or Copado).
  • Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of developers and admins, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 8+ years of dedicated Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Technical Mastery:
    • Deep expertise in Lightning Framework and Apex design patterns.
    • Expertise in Salesforce Flow design for complex business logic.
    • Strong understanding of Shield, Event Monitoring, and Data Encryption.
  • Certifications:
    • Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
    • Highly Desirable: B2C/B2B Solution Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, or AI Associate.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to evaluate "Build vs. Buy" and manage technical debt effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven track record of implementing Salesforce Einstein or other generative AI features in a production environment.
  • Experience with Hyperforce migrations and multiregion data residency requirements.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading Sprint planning.
