Job Description
- Salesforce CPQ Lead
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions, including quoting, product configuration, pricing methods, and workflows.
- Work with pricing bundles, amendments, add-ons, renewals, and quoting flows.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, and Force.com APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for data retrieval and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Contract Management, Billing, and Order Management processes.
- Ensure best practices for Salesforce CPQ implementation and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related technical issues and system performance concerns
- Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in Salesforce CPQ development.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ Cloud.
- Strong understanding of product configuration, pricing methods, and workflows.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Batch Apex.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP APIs, Force.com API).
- Solid knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data structures.
- Understanding of Contract Management, Billing, and Order Management in CPQ.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus.
- Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud
