Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that support our business operations. The role involves both programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components) and declarative customization (Flows, Process Builder), working closely with functional teams to deliver highquality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex triggers, classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.
• Assist with integration of Salesforce with thirdparty systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or middleware.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using tools such as Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, Copado, or Gearset.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with senior developers and admins.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices and governance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features, releases, and emerging technologies to apply improvements where applicable.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of handson Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques and data management.
• Salesforce certification: Platform Developer I (PD1) mandatory; PD2 or JavaScript Developer I is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, AIdriven tools like Einstein, or Agentforce.
• Familiarity with industryspecific clouds such as Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management.
