Overview

We are seeking a Service Cloud Senior Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration, and will be able to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and development teams to implement Service Cloud functionalities that enhance customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and Service Cloud functionalities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.
• Experience with data migration and deployment tools (Data Loader, ANT, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
