Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 4 years of experience to act as the vital link between our business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will lead requirement gathering for complex CRM projects, ensuring that technical solutions directly support business goals, including AIdriven insights and unified data strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Elicitation: Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Marketing to uncover pain points and project goals.
- Agile Documentation: Translate highlevel business needs into detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria (using GWT format) and manage them within the product backlog via Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Process Engineering: Map current ("asis") and future ("tobe") business processes using tools like Lucidchart or Miro to identify automation opportunities within the Salesforce platform.
- Solution Design Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure proposed solutions (including Agentforce and Data Cloud integrations) are technically feasible and provide maximum value.
- Testing & Adoption: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop training materials, and conduct demos to ensure endusers are equipped to adopt new features effectively.
- Data Analytics: Design and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for management.
Required Skills
- Experience: Exactly 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–3 years focused exclusively on the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features (Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts).
- Familiarity with platform innovations like Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer profiles.
- Methodology: Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical jargon and businessfriendly language.
Preferred Skills
- Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Highly Desirable: Salesforce Certified Administrator, AI Associate, or Data Cloud Consultant.
- Bonus: IIBACBAP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
