Seeking a Dynamics CRM Customer Service professional with 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong handson experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
- Expertise in case management, queues, SLAs, entitlements, and knowledge base
- Configuration and customization using workflows, business rules, and Power Automate
- Experience with integrations, security roles, and data model
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and support RFPdriven engagements
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Experience in enterprise implementations
