Seeking a Dynamics CRM Customer Service professional with 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong handson experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
  • Expertise in case management, queues, SLAs, entitlements, and knowledge base
  • Configuration and customization using workflows, business rules, and Power Automate
  • Experience with integrations, security roles, and data model
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders and support RFPdriven engagements

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications
  • Experience in enterprise implementations
