About the Role

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Pune, Indore
  • Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)
  • Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner Only)
  • Experience: 810 Years
  • Shift: Rotational Shift (Monthly)

What will your role look like

  • Provide technical support to Business and enterpriselevel customers using AWS services, addressing issues and queries in accordance with SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and applications.
  • Work closely with Global AWS Support teams and incountry AWS teams within a followthesun support model.
  • Manage support tickets efficiently and escalate to Tier 2 as required.
  • Produce and maintain technical and process documentation, including incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Continuously enhance your skills in AWS technologies and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

We would like you to bring along

  • AWS Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
  • Minimum 8+ years of handson AWS experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years in Technical Support or System Administration roles.
  • Handson experience with EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, ELB, and Route 53.
  • Knowledge in Networking, Security, Databases, Operating Systems, Storage, and Web Server technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and infrastructure.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Customerfocused mindset.

Goodtohave skills

  • AWS Professional Certification.
  • Experience with ticket management and knowledge base tools.
  • Exposure to global support operations and followthesun support models.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to mentor peers.
  • AWS support L2 and L3 support experience, 8+ yrs.
  • Experience in networking.
  • AWS certification is also required for a 24×7 rotational shift in Indore or Pune.
