Shift: IST night shift 8.30 pm to 5.30 am (to support US team/users during EST 10am to 7pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver process automation services using C and .NET Core, integrating multiple systems through REST APIs (JSON) if needed.
• Build and maintain APIdriven workflows from specifications, with unit testing, refactoring, and production support as requested.
• Develop adhoc Python and Bash tools to validate, transform, and normalize CSV/TSV/JSON datasets supporting localization and AI training pipelines.
• Automate ingestion, QA, and export of annotation and review data for downstream systems in AI platforms.
• Analyzing and designing solutions according to stateoftheart standards: clean code principles, cloudbased services.
• Coordinating requirements gathering with other teams/functions.
• Estimating development effort and ensuring about its correctness.
• Coordinating development work during project lifecycle.
• Deploy solutions using Azure/AWS environments when requested by customers.
• Owned endtoend delivery: estimation, documentation, quality control, and training to ENGs or PMs.
• Preparing and delivering lifecycle documents as required by project.
• Suggesting changes to development process and driving its implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years’ experience in software development according to development standards.
• Working knowledge of C and Microsoft .NET framework, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, TSQL.
• Ability to write technical specifications, recommendations and development documentation.
• Experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of various architectural and software design patterns.
• Good knowledge of Entity Framework, WEB API and Azure.
• Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Analysis.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET (MVC5)/ASP.NET Core development will be considered as an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize the workload and to work to deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• NoSQL databases like CosmosDB, MongoDB.
• Knowledge of other BPM/Workflow based development environment.
• Knowledge of Hangfire.
• Experience working in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Bootstrap.
