  • We have an urgent requirement for a Data Scientist
  • Job Title: Data Scientist � Supply Chain & Riskv Management (AWS Expertise)
  • Location: Remote | Duration: 3 Months (Urgent Requirement)
  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 4+ years of experience to optimize supply chain efficiency and enhance risk management using machine learning and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in predictive analytics, risk modeling, and AWS-based deployment to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain & Risk Management
  • Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design risk models to assess and predict supply chain disruptions.
  • Build dashboards and reports to visualize risk metrics for key stakeholders.
  • AWS & Data Science
  • Develop and deploy data science solutions on AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker, Lambda, Redshift).
  • Build scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
  • Train and deploy machine learning models using AWS SageMaker.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and cost optimization within AWS environments.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work with cross-functional teams (supply chain, risk management, IT, business).
  • Present complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Stay updated with emerging AWS services and data science trends.
  • Qualifications:
  • Master�s/Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, supply chain, and risk management.
  • Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, SageMaker, Lambda, Redshift).
  • Hands-on experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and risk analysis.
  • Strong SQL and database management skills; Tableau/PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, experience with SAP IBP, Oracle ASCP, or simulation tools (AnyLogic, Arena).
